my old env2 doesnt work right so i got a new one in the mail today. im following the directions in the book which say to go to verizonwireless.com/myverizon and log in. which i did. then it tells me to go to my phone and lick on activate phone. and i did that too. then it says something about replacement equiptment and i cant find that. and its saying that when i put my ESN code in its wrong. but its not. can someone please help me because i need my new phone activated and it wont let me do it.|||Why don't you try to remove the battery, wait for a minute and follow the instructions once again. If it doesn't work, call Verizon, they will be able to help you, that's there job. Verizon is telling me my 30 second ingtone is 632 seconds long.?
Okay so I've been working my *** off at getting this song and clipping it and changing the quality, I've been working for HOURS. I'm using Windows 7, which I'm new to, which made it even harder. So I went and read some step-by-step instructions by many different people. I decided I would get the file ready, upload it to MyVerizon media crap, and text it to myself through their website and download it from the text. Well I'm having major issues just uploading the thing. I've been able to work through and learn all the error messages, why they're there and stuff, but now I have one that I'm not seeing anywhere else - its telling me my song is 632 seconds long when I know for fact a it is 30 seconds long. I checked the properties and stuff to make sure I'm not just overlooking the fact that it is, somehow, indeed 632 seconds long, but every time I see it says its 30 seconds.
I'm so confused! Does anyone have any idea of what I'm doing wrong? I've been texting myself pictures all day from that website and saving them, so that process works... but is their something special I need to do with the song?|||Ventones

How to reactivate my verizon phone..?
So My old one broke. I just received this new one in the mail.
IT says, register an account on www.verizonwireless.com/myverizon/
And i did, but it says it will send you a text concerning your password..
My texting is BLOCKED. and it says i have to call *611, which means i have to unblock my texting somehow.
But everytime it asked me to enter my password, that i cannot recieve due to my text block..
what do i do...|||call them from another phone, they talk you threw it:

Monday-Sunday 6am-11pm|||First of all, you need to give VZW customer service a call by dialing (888) 294-6804 and just press 0 in order to skip those annoying menu options and be directly transferred to a support agent. Tell the agent you want to hook up a replacement device and be prepared to give the agent account information followed by the replacement device's MEID which can be found by removing the battery. This will hook the phone up on their end. After calling, dial *228 on the device and select option 1 to program the device. This will hook up the phone on your end and you will be good to go! Hope this helps!|||if ur trying 2 get a ringtone this is wat i did i called the verizon place then they told me 2 go 2 menu then media center then music %26amp; tones or tunes %26amp; tones and then get new rintones then either get new app or download the vzw 1 then just find it and test call it

How do i activate my new verizon phone?

Phone stolen! What do I do?
On Friday, I went to the park with my cell phone (V3 Motorola Razr) I thought I brought it back home, but apparently I didn't, I have something on my phone called a Key Ringer, and it couldn't track the phone in my house.
It was lost for about 10 hours ,then we discovered it was gone. The lark is usually very empty and the only people there are one adult with q couple of kids.
I looked up on MyVerizon, and my shared minutes were 1598. The plan is for 1400, and we usually only use 1000 minutes. Neither my mom, dad, nor sister ( had to check her phone for that) had any peaks in calling.
I suspended the service, is there any way to retrieve the lost contacts, memory, or track the phone without a bluetooth?|||Some providers have the ability to assist you in tracking the phone or even retrieving the contacts however you would have ask them about what they can do. It varies by provider so you truly need to speak to a customer service rep. I hope you have insurance on the phone through the cell provider so you can get it replaced at minimal cost.

How do i transfer contacts from one broken cell phone to another? (verizon)?
A week ago i dropped my (remanufactured) verizon env2 phone about a foot off the ground and now both screens are completely blank although the numbers still light up and i can recieve messages and make phone calls but i cannot view anything. luckily i had asurion insurance for my phone and today i got an env3 in the mail. The only problem i have is that i have a lot of contacts i need to switch over from the broken phone to the new but cannot do it as i cannot see anything. i went to verizon.com to set up a myverizon account so i could keep a backup contact list and they sent my phone a message with my temporary password but i cannot see it. so my friends i need your help on how i can switch the contacts over to the new phone before a week when i need to mail my damaged phone to asurion. thanks|||Your best resource for this issue is to go directly to a Verizon Wireless Corporate Store. The tech team can help you get all of your contacts off of your phone by hooking it up to their computers there using software that is obviously not available to us. They can then move all of your things over to your enV3. Hope this helps!|||The only way to do this would be at a Verizon store, and there are no guarantees that they will actually be able to do this. You would need to download and set up Backup Assistant in your phone in order to backup your contacts, so that's why it wont work|||If you can figure out how to turn on your bluetooth you can copy them that way. When I had a Voyager, I signed up for contacts back up from the web. I backed up my contacts without touching my phone. There was a backup now button.

I am having some confusion on how the online process for switching verizon phones works.
About a month ago I switched to an old Verizon phone I have and now I want to switch back, last time when I switched I called verizon customer service and they pretty much did if for me although the lady did mention something about doing it all online through myverizon.com.
I am logged into my account and just can't seem to find out how to do the switch.
Help!
