Why can I not get tokens from poppit to go pc to go into my pogo account?

when I put in get token's it will not connect to my account for the reason's either my connection to internet service or pogo server is not connecting. what should I do?|||try looking for a button on the opening screen that says credit my pogo acct im for certain theres one on there somewhere
