I think that gumout messed mine up.|||I would be looking at the fuel supply system first.
It is critical that the fuel pressure be at specification (i believe is 57 psi min.) for that fuel injection system the even function.
Hope this helps you sort the matter out.|||A simple fuel system cleaner like Gumout wouldn't plug up your fuel system. Sounds to me like you've got leaking injectors or something else, the 4.3 Vortec always had lots of fuel system trouble
