i have a green enV and it kept turning off so i got a new one in the mail the booklet says to visit verizonwireless.com/myverizon and make an account so i did that then it says go to my phone. i did that. then it says to select activate phone and replacement steps...i cant find that.
can someone help me?|||Ok. Once you get into your account it should show a pic of your phone and say your phone number next to the pic. To the right of that there is a go button. Hit the go button. From there it will show your phone again with links to the right. One of the links says activate phone. Click that link. Then on the right hand side there is a link that says activate eqiptment. Click that link. Should be good to go. If that doesn't work, call customer service at 1800 922 0204|||i think you're suppose to dial some number

but try looking in the booklet again that came with your phone and it should tell you how|||There should be a number that came with your phone. It's a toll free number. Call that. Or if your old phone still works or a family member has Verizon use their phone and call *611.
