How to reactivate my verizon phone..?

So My old one broke. I just received this new one in the mail.


IT says, register an account on www.verizonwireless.com/myverizon/


And i did, but it says it will send you a text concerning your password..





My texting is BLOCKED. and it says i have to call *611, which means i have to unblock my texting somehow.


But everytime it asked me to enter my password, that i cannot recieve due to my text block..





what do i do...|||call them from another phone, they talk you threw it:

Monday-Sunday 6am-11pm|||First of all, you need to give VZW customer service a call by dialing (888) 294-6804 and just press 0 in order to skip those annoying menu options and be directly transferred to a support agent. Tell the agent you want to hook up a replacement device and be prepared to give the agent account information followed by the replacement device's MEID which can be found by removing the battery. This will hook the phone up on their end. After calling, dial *228 on the device and select option 1 to program the device. This will hook up the phone on your end and you will be good to go! Hope this helps!|||if ur trying 2 get a ringtone this is wat i did i called the verizon place then they told me 2 go 2 menu then media center then music %26amp; tones or tunes %26amp; tones and then get new rintones then either get new app or download the vzw 1 then just find it and test call it





if ur just trying 2 activate it 2 unblock txt then call them at 1-800-922-0204 im pretty sure thats the number just ask them 2 unblock it 4 ur number if u have a family plan u have 2 no the name that they use and thats all i could do hope it helps =D|||call *611 again, when they answer push the 0 and it will take you to someone that can help. That is what I would do.|||try on another phone|||go to a verizon store and theyll do it for you
