Why can't I get a full game on the screen. Poppit & Rainy Day Solitaire are cut off at bottom?

There is something wrong because it was fine yesterday.|||the resolution on your screen may be too big, make it smaller by right clicking somewhere on your desktop then going to the last tab on the right and choosing a bigger resolution.|||press f11|||I believe your screen might be to small, it happens to me too.
