I am having some confusion on how the online process for switching verizon phones works.
About a month ago I switched to an old Verizon phone I have and now I want to switch back, last time when I switched I called verizon customer service and they pretty much did if for me although the lady did mention something about doing it all online through myverizon.com.
I am logged into my account and just can't seem to find out how to do the switch.
Help!

Does anyone know the steps?!|||When you login to verizon online and into your account. If you have more then one number on your account then youll need to select the number then go. Then activate a phone. Itll ask for some numbers on te back of your phone. Its reall easy to do. Then youll have to call a number (itll tell u) to program your phone. I do it when I get a new phone.
