Question about blocking numbers with Verizon?

I have a couple questions about Blocking numbers with Verizon.





1. I am aware of the free option on myverizon.com under spam that lets you block numbers, but is there a way to keep someone Permanently blocked so they can not be Unblocked by anyone that has access/authorization to use my account or that can call up Verizon and have that number Unblocked?





2. Is there a way to keep someone from calling the blocked number from my cell? I believe blocking only keeps the person from calling and texting me but not from me calling or texting that person correct?





3. Is there a way to block all calls that are Not in my contacts? In the instance that the blocked individual attempts to call my cell from another number?

3)no,just block all the numbers related to that person, %26amp; if you dont recognize it dont answer.
