Cell Phone Internet//Verizon?
i just recieved a new phone in the mail that i recieved from the insurance company that i had because i had lost my old one. Since i have no contacts i want to use backup assistant, but when i try to use it . says (upgrade check not available00) ? and when i go to browse and download it wont let me get on that too. i've tried everything and i can't get it to work. even "myverizon" doesnt work anymore.i've tried calling 611 %26amp; programming my phone but it still doesnt work. :( please HELP! . thanks(:|||u may have a data block or something else on the acct, or somehting just wrng with the phone, call cust serv froma dif phone so they can walk you through trouble shooting, 1-800-922-0204|||Do you have a Verizon store near you? Because it sounds like something got royally screwed up when you got your new phone, and taking to a store would help alot. If you don't, or can't get to one, call Verizon's technical support and have them help you program the phone. It's so, so much easier if you have someone who can alter your account 100% on the other line, because they can tweak your plan and make notes, which can help anyone else that you call.|||contact verizon. your other phone is still out there. somewhere right. might it still be active?
