How can I find out if I am eligible for an upgrade for my verizon wireless cell phone?

I am having trouble figuring it out on myverizon.|||Look for an option called "Eligible for upgrade?" just click that and you should be able to see.Otherwise you can call customer care to find out.|||check on your online account... or call..
