How to activate my phone?

I need help activating my phone when i call verizon customer service they said its not available or something and in MyVerizon it says it has technical problems and i dont want to go to the store HELP MEEEEE|||i think your best bet is to go to the store and get a replacement...thats what i always do. unless you want to pay and mail your phone back and wait for a replacement..which could take awhile.
