I lost my enV and now i'm trying to activate a new phone. I've been trying to make an account for myself on?

myverizon but it tells me its sending a temporary password to my phone that i need to use. How do i create an account if i can't see that password?|||meg if your using the same phone number then you need to call Verizon customer care and be ready to provide the ESN number on the new phone so they can activate it for you.
