Verizon Annual Upgrade Question?

Today is my 1 year annual upgrade day. But when i go into Myverizon and click upgrade phone it gives me the full retail price and not the discount price which im suppose to have. What am I suppose to do? I am confused about this whole thing.|||Only the primary line on a family plan can upgrade once a year- they can give that upgrade to another line if they want to though...|||I'm a Verizon Customer and the upgrade is every two years, not one. Also, have a friend that's a sell manager, so I know I'm right.
