How do i look at messages and phone calls on myverizon?

how can you see what messages have been sent and what phone calls have been made on myverizon?|||For your messages you go to messages menu and look in sent box, for phone calls you go to call log and any number with arrow pointing out is an outgoing call. If they have been deleted from phone you can check online.
